This year, we’ve had some exciting integration releases as part of our initiatives to simplify service of process by allowing legal professionals who use case management systems, like Clio and Litify, to add us as an app! Clio was released at the start of year and has been well-received so far. We’re excited now, to announce our integration with Litify. The ABC Legal app was released in June of 2023. The integration streamlines service of process for Litify users, dramatically simplifying how they can order service of process for legal cases.
The app allows users to place an order for service of process using existing roles and documents in any Matter. The app connects ABC Legal to an organization’s Litify account via a secure API, allowing everything a legal professional needs for service of process to be available in the case management system, from invoices and proof of service documents to updates regarding service status.

Within Litify, legal professionals can order service of process for existing Matters using Roles and Documents associated with the Matter. Subsequently, progress updates are available in Case Activities, and files, such as updated invoices and proof of service, appear in your Docrio Documents. The app saves your team time and effort while keeping everything organized in your Case Management System. It’s really that easy.

Get standardized pricing
We have a straightforward approach to pricing. Our pricing starts with what you need for personal service of process and has you covered for diligent service of process. Prices vary state by state to accommodate local requirements and conditions, however, we won’t charge extra for rural or “out-of-area” work. You can choose between two speeds, standard or rush. With every order, you get 4-6 attempts (or attempts until court diligence requirements are met). *Additional fees may apply if the documents to be served are over 100 pages in length.
