A six-sigma expert, Tim leads process improvement initiatives at ABC Legal, integrating technology with operations to benefit our customers in unique ways. 

Prior to ABC Legal, Tim took a hands-on approach as director of business process improvement, group finance manager, customer support program manager, distribution strategy analyst, and financial applications administrator with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Whole Foods Markets, and Level 3 Communications. 

Tim graduated with honors from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Biology and Japanese. He earned an MBA at The American Graduate School of International Management, graduating second in his class.

Brandon has a long career of innovating technical solutions in digital platforms with a focus on cloud-based software. Before becoming CTO at ABC Legal Services, Brandon worked as the CEO of Docketly, Technical Leader for Blue Jeans Network, Technical Leader at Cisco Systems, Owner of Orion Software Development, and Director of Product Development at Latitude Communications.

Brandon earned a BSCmpE in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

Steve got his start in the industry in 1983 by working his way through college as a messenger and process server at ABC Legal. Steve helped launch ABC Legal’s successful PFI brand in 1994 and has overseen the expansion into California. Steve has played a significant role in growing annual revenues of $12M in 2001 to more than $100M in 2019. 

Steve earned an MBA in Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Business from the University of Washington.

Kelsey has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2013. She spent the first six years of her career in public accounting, working at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young in the technology, biotechnology, semiconductor, aerospace and defense, and food service industries. Before joining ABC Legal, she was the Controller at Pro.com, a Seattle start-up in the construction industry. Kelsey has experience improving and scaling processes and procedures within organizations in high-growth development stages.

Kelsey earned her Masters and BA in Accounting from Arizona State University.

As ABC Legal’s first Chief Revenue Officer, Amanda brings over 20 years of experience leading sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to success. Leveraging her extensive background in sales and marketing, Amanda has received awards for her work in creating unique strategies and solutions to best suit clients’ changing needs. Prior to ABC Legal, Amanda spent 14 years in the pharma/biotech space and, most recently, was the Head of Global Marketing and Sales for a Silicon Valley-based digital health company.

Amanda earned a BA in Mass Communications and Advertising from the University of West Florida and Auburn University.

Joe joined ABC Legal in 2019 to revitalize employee experience, human resources, recruitment, and payroll. Joe has a history of tenaciously attracting top talent, having successfully recruited industry leaders in finance, marketing, education, and philanthropy. His ownership of employee benefits has saved both employers and employees over $20M since 2016 while incurring zero loss in coverage for employees and zero increase in cost to employers for five years running. 

Before joining ABC Legal, Joe oversaw human resources for The Geneva Foundation and Cornish College of the Arts, where he implemented diversity and inclusion programs for military personnel, resolved decades-long labor disputes, and devised market-driven compensation strategies.  

Joe earned a BA in English Literature from Central Washington University and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI.

A practicing attorney since 2009, Alexander serves as corporate secretary for the MIT Enterprise Forum NW and board member of the Seattle Good Business Network. Alexander has assisted ABC Legal throughout his career as an attorney and process improvement specialist and was integral in the design and development of the ABC Mobile application and compliance standards.

Alexander received his J.D. from the University of Oregon with a Certificate in Intellectual Property and earned a BA in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.

Bringing together design, content, web and email automation and development, Aaron is leading the charge in marketing to find new opportunities and grow ABC Legal's market share.
