ABC Legal charges per address, not per attempt. We attempt until we have diligence. If it takes seven or eight attempts at the same address to confirm an individual doesn't live at that location, then those attempts are all covered by one service fee. 

Rush Delivery: For rush orders placed before the cutoff time of 5:00 pm ET, attempts begin within 2 business days.

Standard Delivery: Your process server will generally attempt to deliver your documents up to 2-3 times per week.
