Clio Complete. Clio Complete includes both Clio Manage and Clio Grow. It’s designed to help legal professionals maintain their efficiency as they seek to grow and engage clients.

A Matter is the home for a legal professional’s case in Clio Manage. A Matter can be associated with different calendar events, tasks, contacts, activities, communications, and documents, ensuring that legal professionals can manage their cases from start to finish. With ABC Legal’s app integration, Clio users can now order service of process for a Matter right from their Matter record and further streamline all the tasks related to getting a case to court.
How does ABC Legal Integrate with Clio?
Clio users can add ABC Legal Services to their Clio Manage instance by searching for “ABC Legal” in the Clio App directory to view our App Directory page or by signing up for an ABC Legal account (it’s a free, no-commitment signup!).
After validating the email address associated with your ABC Legal account (or if you already have an account with ABC Legal), simply navigate to the Integrations tab in the left-hand menu of your ABC Legal account and "Connect" the Clio integration. Grant ABC Legal the ability to read/write to your account so you can automatically associate your Clio Matters to your service of process orders in your ABC Legal account.
Once the accounts are connected, placing an order is easy. Simply navigate to the Matter and select “Order Service of Process” from “More Actions”. Once the Matter is associated with a service of process order, updates about progress will appear as related Notes, documents as related Documents, and invoice information as a related expense Activity.
