ABC Legal's Service Acceptance offers a fast, secure, and private method for document delivery. Recipients can access our SecurePortal^™ after verifying their identity with a unique code provided with qualifying orders. Once logged in, they can accept documents online or schedule a physical delivery.

SecurePortal^™ is supported by our patents for Digital Delivery of Legal Process, U.S. Patent Nos. 11,908,027 and 12,254,521.

1. Personal Code for Secure Access

Recipients access the SecurePortal™ using a personal code from an Electronic Attempt™* or an Attempt Tag™ left by a process server.

*Available for qualifying orders in select markets only.

2. Identity Verified for Security

To access ABC Legal's SecurePortal™, recipients verify their identity using the last four digits of their SSN and confirm their email and serveable address.

3. Documents Reviewed & Signed

Recipients review the documents, sign electronically to confirm receipt, and receive a follow-up email with a copy of the service documents.

Eligible orders are automatically enrolled in Service Acceptance for faster, more efficient service.

2. Real-Time Attempt Tracking

Track Service progress in Case Details, with physical attempts continuing until receipt is confirmed.

3. Instant Proof of Service

Once service of process is complete, the proof of service is available in your secure online account.
