ABC Legal Services®, the nation's largest provider of service of process, today announced it has entered into an agreement with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Child Support Division, to provide service of process solutions in support of the Division's child support enforcement operations.
Under the agreement, ABC Legal will support the Division's need to reliably and efficiently serve legal documents as part of its child support enforcement casework. ABC Legal's national infrastructure and process serving network are designed to help government agencies manage high-volume service of process needs with consistency and accountability.
