If you’ve noticed a decrease in job availability, there could be a few common reasons. Below is a quick checklist. Below is a helpful checklist to guide you in identifying what might be hindering your ability to accept work.
1. Too Many Overdue Jobs
If your account has too many overdue jobs at the start of the day, it may be temporarily blocked from receiving new assignments.
What to do:
Make attempts on all overdue jobs to have the block lifted. Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to update once those jobs have been attempted.
2. Expired Credentials
All credentials must be current and valid in order to claim and complete jobs.
What to do:
-
Open your profile in ABC Mobile to check for any expired items.
-
Upload current credentials in your ABC Mobile App or web portal.
-
Please allow time for our team to review and approve your updates.
3. Performance Issues
Servers are expected to complete jobs on time and follow all customer and court guidelines. Failure to do so will cause a lower rating and scorecard.
What to do:
-
Review your latest scorecard email for performance details and tips for improvement.
-
Maintain a Star Rating of 2.0 or higher.
Some jobs require a rating above 2.0. These are high-priority jobs where previous attempts have failed, and we rely on our top-performing servers to make the next effort.
4. Auto Dispatch
If your AutoDispatch feature is toggled off, you will be unable to claim any jobs. You have the flexibility to disable this feature whenever you are on vacation or taking time off. However, be sure to reactivate it when you are ready to resume work.
5. General Slowdown in Your Area
If your account is active and there are no issues with the above, it is possible there may not be work available. Sometimes, a reduced workload is simply due to lower client volume or increased server coverage in your area.
What to do:
-
Confirm that your credentials are current and your Star Rating is above 2.0.
-
If everything is in good standing but you’re still not receiving jobs, it’s likely due to a temporary lull.
Note: Work volume depends on client demand and server availability. In areas with many servers, jobs in non-primary zip codes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tip: Refresh your app frequently to see new jobs as soon as they’re available.
