Before Heading Out
- Organize Your Materials: Gather all necessary documents for your assigned jobs. Staying organized from the start sets you up for success.
- Check Timestamp Requirements: Prioritize jobs based on due diligence timestamp needs. For detailed guidance, refer to our resource: Mastering Due Diligence
- Check Orders Requirements: Located under "Instruction(s)" in ABC Mobile are requirements our customer and the court have specifically requested we follow.
- Review Your Job List: Ensure all jobs are active and remove any cancelled assignments from your route.
On the Road
- Verify the Address: Double-check that you're at the correct location by cross-referencing the address listed in ABC Mobile.
- Use the ABC Mobile App: Ensure you have the correct job pulled up in the app and document photos as needed.
Tip: In areas with poor signal, enable Airplane Mode to improve app performance.
- No Answer? No Problem: Speak to neighbors, landlords, or on-site workers. Your goal is to gather as much relevant information as possible for each attempt.
After Attempts or Service
- Respond Promptly to Transgressions: Address any transgression notifications as soon as they appear in the app.
- Pending ABC Review? Jobs marked as “Pending ABC Review” will be reviewed shortly. Stay alert and respond to any follow-up notifications.
- Successful Service? Look out for a proof of service—this typically appears within 24 hours.
- Still Open? Make sure all timestamp requirements are met. If you believe a job qualifies for a non-service, contact Support for assistance.
Handling Proofs
- Review for Accuracy: Ensure all proofs contain correct details. Proofs are generated based on your documented attempts and serve details.
- Need Edits? For spelling or grammatical corrections, reach out to Support.
