Rush Delivery Service: Overview
How fast can you expect service with Rush Delivery?
Our Rush Delivery service will make the first attempt within 2 business days. We will then make 3-4 attempts per week and up to 6 attempts in total.
How much does Rush Delivery cost?
Our Rush Delivery service will be an additional +$65.00 per party, per address, per case.
How Do I Place An Order with Rush Delivery?
- Go to the order placement page or login to your ABC Legal Account and navigate to the "Place Your Order" tab.
- From there, you can select the Rush Delivery option, and then proceed to upload your documents and provide the necessary information about the party.
- You can then checkout and submit your order.
I've Already Placed My Order. How Can I Change It to Rush Delivery?
If you've opted for Standard delivery but wish to upgrade to Rush, follow these steps. Please note, that if your documents have already been dispatched to a process server, you may not be able to upgrade your delivery speed for that attempt.
- Log into your ABC Legal Account and go to the Case Activity & Search tab, then click on the related order.
- On the Case Details page, find the message box to reach out to support. Here, you can request an upgrade to Rush Delivery.
- Our support team will respond to your request. If approved, we'll confirm the extra $65.00 per person, charged to your card. Check the Case Details timeline and notifications for updates.
Do You Offer Same-Day Service?
At this time we do not offer same-day service. Our fastest delivery is currently our Rush Delivery option.
