Proof Handling Instructions

Three Types of Instruction

All proofs are automatically generated by ABC Legal. Your responsibility is to review and sign off on them; attesting to the truthful information contained within. There are three ways that ABC Mobile might request a signed proof to be returned.

E-Sign Proof:

These proofs of service/non-service can be viewed and signed within your mobile device. When tapping on "Sign Document" in ABC Mobile, the app will automatically open a link to DocuSign with the proof prepared to sign. Simply follow the instructions to sign and date the document and submit it. ABC Legal will receive the signed proof almost instantaneously. See more: E-Sign Proofs

Scan and Email to docattach@abclegal.com:

When you see this instruction, you will have already received a proof in your email inbox. Print the proof out, sign it in blue ink (get your signature notarized if need be), and scan it into your PC. Send an email to docattach@abclegal.com with the proof attached as a .PDF. Ensure that the .PDF is readable and the bar code at the bottom can be clearly seen. This will help ensure that your pay processes.

Sign and Return Proof to ABC:

This instruction indicates that the proof must be printed out, signed in blue ink (notarized if necessary), and mailed to ABC Legal. This mailing should be done by UPS, and sent using the UPS mailing labels provided by ABC Legal. If you are short on labels, simply submit a request by sending an email to ProcessServerHelp@abclegal.com. The request will be processed within 2 business days.
