When tax season is upon us, as an Independent Contractor your should expect to receive your tax forms by the end of January from ABC Legal.

NEED TO UPDATE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS?
Please be sure to confirm that the address in your ABC profile is up to date, that is where ABC Legal will be mailing your tax forms.
If for any reason you need to update the mailing address where your tax forms should be mailed, please first update your mailing address in ABC Mobile, then reach out to us via the following form.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A 1099?
If you generated over $600 in earnings in any given tax year, 1099 forms will sent in the mail or electronically, each year, at the end of January.
Please note that S or C Corporations do not receive 1099 forms. Sole proprietors, partnerships and unincorporated contractors do.
