ABC Mobile- Transgressions

Services or attempts should be submitted via ABC Mobile with the following reporting requirements:

  1. At the service location with the device's GPS turned on
  2. Submitted within 15 minutes following the service or attempt
  3. A photo with each submission (Please be sure to NEVER take pictures of individuals)

If any of the above requirements are not met, you will receive a notification and will be prompted to respond to the transgression(s) via ABC Mobile.

Incomplete - Not all requirements were met

You can choose to respond to transgressions

 momentarily or at a later moment.

Best practice is to respond to transgression(s)

instantly, the sooner it is responded to, the sooner

ABC can review it.

Respond to transgressions under instructions in the order details

 

 

 

In the order details, you will be able to view any transgressions that may need your immediate attention, they will be under “Instruction”

 

 

 

 

 

 


 Responding to Transgression Notifications 

You can access transgression notifications by clicking on the “Inbox” section then toggling over “Notifications” in ABC Mobile.

All transgressions will be highlighted in red and under “Responds & Edits”

Best practice is to respond to transgression as soon as possible. The sooner it is responded to the sooner we can review it.

 Select the transgression you would like to respond to and you will be taken to another screen where the unmet requirement(s) will be displayed, click on “Respond” to respond to the transgression, please provide a response to the unmet requirement.

After providing a response, click on “Next” in the upper right corner of the screen.

Confirm your submission and you will receive a notification that your transgression is Pending ABC review. Please allow 1-2 business days for ABC to complete this review.
