Thank you, San Antonio, and NCBA for hosting a great event!

The National Creditor's Bar Association (NCBA) hosts two annual conferences for law firms and agencies operating in the creditors' rights and collections space to gather and share information. The fall 2021 conference was last week in San Antonio, Texas.

Steve Carrigan, Tim Dinehart, Reid McNair, and Alexander Theoharis were in attendance from ABC Legal. They were joined by Brandon Fuller and Rocky Ashby from Docketly. There were a number of great conversations and new memories for the team. The team was especially thankful to hear from you, the community members about the issues and opportunities of the year we had and the year ahead.

With so much change happening in the world, it was great to participate in this event and hear real stories about how firms and organizations are charting their respective courses for success. Current customers shared their successes with ABC legal, expressing that ABC Legal is a helpful partner for service of process, court filing, and more. The team is excited to continue to work with firms to identify new profitability strategies in service of process and other legal services related to debt collection.

One of our favorite moments of the conference was when Steve accepted a United States flag raised in his honor and flown over the US Capital, presented to him by National Creditors Bar Association President, Mark Groves.

This flag was flown at the request of the Honorable Adam Smith, member of congress, in honor of Steve Carrigan, CEO of ABC Legal, for the generous participation and leadership in the National Creditors Bar Association Advocacy Support Fund, The Chairman’s Club.

We know not everyone who wanted to make it out was able to. If you were unable to attend, we hope to see you at the spring conference, May 4-6, in Nashville. Additionally, we are temporarily extending our onsite offer of a $50 gift card for having a meeting with us about your process server and appearance council challenges and how ABC Legal and Docketly can be of service.
