Prior to Spark, Radley filled a number of roles including Software Engineer at National Geographic and a Research Associate at Qualcomm Institute at the University of California- San Diego.

Bootstrapping and growing his last business over seven years cultivated a deep fascination with internalizing the customer journey. Radley will be tasked with analyzing various teams and business units within our organization to identify optimizations that will ultimately yield more successful and timely outcomes for our customers. Much like a large puzzle where all the pieces must fluidly fit together in order to create one large, cohesive masterpiece for our customers, Radley will be our new resident enigmatologist, guiding a team of problem solvers tasked with taking a laser look at systemic issues worthy of operational changes, not just band aid fixes. With implications across the board on how we can benefit customers, Radley explains it best, “there are so many exciting aspects to this role, from product like the new customer dashboard to workflows and training. The opportunity to take a 10,000 foot view and find improvements is key to ABC’s successful and rapid scaling efforts currently underway. End-to-end is where we have the greatest opportunity to change, experiment and produce a better product for customers.”

“I’m really excited to dive into a new industry and bring my skills from previous businesses to create meaningful and successful customer experiences. Collaborative team work with passionate co-workers is where I thrive, and I’m glad to have found the family at ABC Legal!” -Radley Angelo
