faxed pages, judge's copies, affidavits, any additional copies, and faxing back

Over 60 pages, an additional
$0.30 per page will be charged.
Opposing Counsel deliveries in our DOWNTOWN Core areas (see zip code table)
will be charged the rates out of the closest ABC office.
