ABC's Olympia office provides counter service at the Secretary of State's
Corporations Division. We file Articles of Incorporation, Amendments, Limited
Partnerships, and Limited Liability Corporations (LLC); as well as obtaining
Name Reservations, Copies, Certificates of Good Standing, Corporate Records, etc.
ABC charges $35 for a standard corporate filing.
Secretary of State fees are separate.

Department of Licensing |
|
UCC 11R searches are available through ABC or the Department of Licensing’s
UCC Division. ABC provides on the spot filing of Financing, Continuation, and
Change Statements with prompt return of acknowledgement copies via messenger.
Local UCC 2 Statements and UCC 22R search requests are filed at each county
within our service area.
